The purpose of a plant collections policy is to guide the management of living collections of plants at places such as arboretums and public gardens. Fairview’s plant collection policy is a document that we are happy to share with the public, for anyone interested. It outlines the purpose of our plant collection(s), as well as our criteria and policies regarding the care of, addition or removal of, and record-keeping practices for the documented plant specimens on the Fairview grounds.
