Charles F. Conant
1835–1901
Charles Conant was the town treasurer on the 3-man Township Committee which ruled Westfield in 1894. He was prominent congregant at the First Baptist Church. Mr. Conant was active in the Township’s purchase of the 100-acre Zabriskie farm which today is known as Tamaques Park.
