At Fairview Cemetery and Arboretum, visitors can enjoy the serene beauty of the landscape and wildlife while also honoring the memory of loved ones. Since it’s original dedication in 1868, Fairview has undergone several expansions and has grown and evolved into the 105-acre network of curving drives, diverse tree species, stunning views, and beautiful monuments that you see today. A surprisingly rare occurrence, Fairview is one of the few cemeteries that is also officially designated as an arboretum. The importance of this dual role is taken very seriously, as we constantly work to enhance both the natural beauty and historic significance of the grounds.
